The fifth episode of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 7 will air on September 29, 2024. For the upcoming episode, People recently revealed an exclusive sneak peek that features updates from the next episode.

The sneak peek shows two cast members, Faith and Loren Allen, and the latter can be seen sharing a health update. The clip shows Loren revealing his gonorrhea (a sexually transmitted disease – STD).
When Faith asks to “kiss,” Loren shares,

“So, we can’t kiss…. Well, I have gonorrhea. It’s a sexually transmitted disease.”

For the fans who don’t know, Loren shared how he struggled with
finances earlier on the show. He had been considering moving to the Philippines with his partner, Faith. However, Faith had been thinking of “settling down” in America.

They started dating after coming across and getting to know each other on a dating site. Loren will reveal some sensitive information to his partner in the show’s upcoming episode.

The fifth episode’s official synopsis also sheds some light on the upcoming events between Loren and Faith. It reads,

“Tigerlily’s wedding day seems to be all about Adnan; Loren tells

Faith he hasn’t been monogamous and has contracted an STI; Niles travels to Ghana; Brian hopes for a fresh start with Ingrid. Rayne and Chidi try to reconcile their different views.”

Earlier on the show, Loren was aware of his “health condition” and had also confessed to it. He shared that his friend (with whom he slept) had
throat gonorrhea. However, later, he wasn’t sure about coming clean with his partner.Additionally, Loren could be seen on the show admitting to “believing” in monogamy. But because of the language barrier between the two,

Faith didn’t know about the same. After Loren felt things were going well with Faith, he had been thinking of sharing “terrible news” with her.

“We just had this amazing time together. Things are finally starting
to get romantic. But now I have to tell her this terrible news. I can’t put this off any longer, and she deserves to know the truth.”

In the exclusive clip shared by People on September 27, Loren could be seen sharing about it.
“So yeah, Feel like kissing energy?” asked Loren.

When Faith nodded in agreement, Loren shared that they couldn’t.
“Why can’t you kiss?” Faith asked.
