In his interview with Ok! Magazine, the “Gin and Juice” singer revealed that he had a one-season contract with the singing reality show. He also shared that while signing the show he thought he wouldn’t return after doing it for ”one year”

However, the iconic rapper’s mind began to change after meeting the coaches Gwen Stefani, Reba McEntire, and Michael Bublé. He revealed that after visiting the set he ”fell in love” with McEntire and Stefani. Further, he added that he and Bublé were “like lost brothers.”

While the hip hop star is not slated to return for the next season, his statement at the Season 26 finale left fans excited. As the host, Carson Daly expressed gratitude towards the rapper for his memorable journey, the latter replied, ”Man, It’s been a great experience for me.
