SH0CKING: Nick Bolton Hints at LEAVING Kansas City in Emotional Free Agency Statement – “Missouri Feels Like Home, BUT…”

Last Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX ended their hopes of completing the three-peat and making league history. The offseason looms, with multiple starters about to enter free agency and changing the team’s core for the future.

Chiefs linebacker Nick Bolton is slated as one of the players hitting free agency, and he addressed his mindset during his postgame press conference on Sunday in New Orleans.

“I’m going to take this one, take the 24 or 48 hours, whatever, to reflect on how the year went, talk to my agent, but I’ve been here (Missouri) for seven years; it feels like home,” said Bolton. “Welcomed me with open arms as a little 18-year-old with short hair, no facial hair. Let me go through growing pains and find out my own identity, and it feels like home.”

After a successful college tenure with the Missouri Tigers, Bolton has spent his entire NFL career with the Chiefs. During his four seasons in Kansas City, he’s tallied 458 tackles, 32, five sacks, and two forced fumbles while also serving as the lead communicator at middle linebacker for the defense.
