Jasmine Pineda from 90 Day: The Last Resort has finally revealed she is leaving America “immediately” to see her kids amid her pregnancy with Matt Branis’ baby. Jasmine’s reality TV journey began with 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 in 2021. Jasmine was dating Gino Palazzolo from Michigan and was a single mom to two sons – Juance and JC. Jasmine shared custody of her sons with her first husband. None of the kids were living with Jasmine when she filmed the show.

Jasmine revealed that JC was born with special needs. She opted to bring both Juance and JC with her to live with Gino forever. Jasmine was upset when she heard Gino saying he had quit his job when she arrived in the U.S. Jasmine wondered how Gino would be able to afford to look after her sons in that case. Gino also skipped mentioning Juance and JC’s names in Jasmine’s K-1 visa petition. It looked like Gino was not keen on bringing Jasmine’s kids to America. As per the ill-fated timeline of Jasmine and Gino’s relationship, they met online sometime in early 2020 amid the COVID-19 Pandemic. Gino had been a regular user of sugar baby websites and Jasmine claimed that a friend had created a profile for her. Jasmine and Gino started dating long distance after crossing paths. He went to see her in person in December 2020 and proposed. Gino had applied for Jasmine’s K-1 visa immediately, as confirmed by Jasmine at the Tell All. However, Gino did not use an immigration lawyer’s help with the documents and insisted on doing it by himself.

“Absolutely, once I’m in (America), we will start making babies.”

Gino claimed to have had experience since he’d also done his ex-wife’s visa process a decade ago. Jasmine figured Gino did it to save money and had many arguments with him on the show. By April 2022, Jasmine revealed that her K-1 visa had been pre-approved. Jasmine even told a fan that she was eager to have babies with Gino once she came to the U.S. Jasmine had to wait for the next 18 months until her visa was approved. In the Before the 90 Days season 6 finale, Jasmine cried on the phone with Gino from the embassy.

“I went through all the paper and after making me wait for one and a half hour, they just said oh we’re sorry, there is an issue processing my application.”

Gino Made A Big K-1 Visa Error

Jasmine was expected to be in the U.S. in a week after her interview with the U.S. embassy in Panama. She said she was ready to give up. Interestingly, the Tell All for the season confirmed Jasmine was already in the U.S. She was also spotted in Michigan by fans ahead of her June 2023, confirming that her K-1 visa process was a success. However, during 90 Day Fiancé 10, a scene with an immigration attorney showed Jasmine finding out that Gino had made a mistake while applying. He did not put her kids’ names on the petition.

It was going to take Jasmine’s kids two years to come to the U.S. when it would have taken six months. Jasmine’s kids were 11 at the time, and she was worried she would meet them when they became teenagers. The immigration attorney suggested that Jasmine’s children would need to get immigrant visas, and he could help them file an immigration petition. The lawyer wanted to charge Gino $5,000 in filing fees and representation for the next 12 to 14 months. While he initially refused, Gino gave in to Jasmine’s demands.

Jasmine and Gino’s commitment ceremony segment could see them deciding to part ways since Gino was never comfortable with Jasmine opening the marriage. Gino recently commented on Jasmine’s kids’ immigration status via an Instagram comment, as shared by therealitytvmess. Gino wrote that Jasmine should be more worried about the children she “abandoned” in Panama, that she never took responsibility for taking care of them but instead “gave them to families” who were willing to take care of them. Gino added that Jasmine should never have come to the USA without her children. Gino announced that Jasmine has had her Green Card for over a year and still hasn’t visited them.

In February 2025, Jasmine gave fans a much-needed update on her kids’ visas. She posted a video of her working out with Matt. She was asked about her kids by a curious fan and Jasmine’s response was shocking. Jasmine wrote that she “recently got the resources” she needs to get an immigration lawyer and bring them to America. Jasmine added that the fact that she is not a U.S. citizen and JC and Juance are not being included in her visa petition is making things very hard.

“I’m immediately going back to Panama.”

Jasmine also blamed the “current political situation” for any future delays which would be caused in this case. She predicted that they “might favor or not” this kind of process. Next came Jasmine’s shocking declaration where she said she would “immediately” go back to Panama if her kids’ visa gets rejected. She added she would not be interested in America anymore. However, Jasmine refused to give more details about her decision, citing contractual obligations.

Since Jasmine is pregnant with her boyfriend Matt’s baby, she could have plans to marry him in the future. It also appears Matt is not originally from the U.S. and came from Romania for university and stayed in the country. Matt might not be comfortable giving up his lifestyle in America for Jasmine if she wanted to go back home.

Jasmine could have easily flown to Panama in the past year after getting her Green Card to meet her kids, but she didn’t. Jasmine has also been bragging about her success on Cameo and OnlyFans, which means money wasn’t a problem for her.
