Jett lost his battle with his right leg and was fighting for his life. He asked fans to pray so Jett could pull through it with no further complications. “I love him more than life itself,” Josh added.

Just three days following the accident, Josh revealed that Jett had undergone surgery on his left leg. The muscle, tissue, veins, and nerves in his leg were all healing and progressively getting stronger. Jett was not under sedation anymore and was waking up with a lot of questions. At the time, Jett’s mother said that her son was being “feisty and sweet” and he was going to rest so he could get another operation on both his legs.
