Jasmine lived in Panama City when she first starred in Before the 90 Days season 5. Gino and Jasmine were together for 18 months before her K-1 visa was approved. Jasmine blamed the delay on Gino, who was refusing to hire an immigration attorney. Gino’s miserliness resulted in him making a major mistake in Jasmine’s application. Gino forgot to mention Jasmine had kids.
While Jasmine has kept waiting for her sons to come to her in the U.S., there have now been rumors she’ll meet them soon, since she’s getting deported.
Gino posted and deleted a cryptic post ahead of the new episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort captioned, “Good times in Arizona with friends.” Gino tagged the location as Scottsdale in Arizona and seemed to have visited a local bar there. Gino could be seen posting with The Last Resort cast, including Julia Trubkina and Brandon Gibbs, Natalie Mordovtseva, apart from Jasmine. However, there was also a mystery couple seated with them. When a fan asked Gino to identify who the couple was, a fan, looks_by_laken replied, “the girls @ says she’s an immigration lawyer.”

Jasmine recently did a TikTok live where she was asked whether she was being deported. Instead of giving a clear answer, Jasmine lashed out at the fan. She said that she was not doing anything wrong in the U.S. so that she would get deported. She added how she didn’t have any criminal record and was also paying taxes while working hard in the country which became her home in 2023. However, Jasmine and Gino split just a few months after their wedding in June 2023, which could have put her future in America in jeopardy.
Even the picture that Gino has posted is almost a year old from when Jasmine was filming 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 with him. Jasmine has since been living with her new boyfriend, Matt Branis. She’s moved to Florida and is rumored to be heavily pregnant. Interestingly, Jasmine and Gino seem to be still legally married as there have been no reports of a divorce. Jasmine and Gino could have mutually agreed for them to stay married but separated until the coast was clear for Jasmine to become a permanent citizen.

Gino and Jasmine have been seemingly at loggerheads since their split on 90 Day: The Last Resort. Gino has been upset with Jasmine after there were rumors she was having a baby with Matt and not him. Gino seems to be jealous of Jasmine living the life that he’d dreamed of living with her, with someone else. If Jasmine manages to further instigate Gino, he might turn on her and take a leaf out of Angela Deem’s book to ensure that Jasmine is deported.
