Close friends and family of Liam Payne have arrived to mourn the death of the One Direction star.
The 31-year-old musician tragically died after plummeting from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur hotel in Argentina.
Liam sustained devastating injuries from his fall and is believed to have died almost instantly upon impact.
After finally getting his body back to England following delays due to the ongoing investigation into his death his family arranged a special – but private – ceremony in Buckinghamshire, England.
Joining Liam’s One Direction bandmates was Simon Cowell – who mentored the boys when they shot to fame in 2011.

Simon, 65, arrived hand in hand with his partner – and mother of his child – Lauren Silverman.
The television personality dressed in an all-black ensemble, including a two-piece suit and a turtle neck sweater.
Lauren, also dressed in black attire, rocked a tailored blazer and matching trousers.
The couple both accessorized their looks with a pair of sunglasses.
However, Simon and Lauren’s arrival wasn’t welcomed with open arms.
Fans stormed to X, formally Twitter, to bash the America’s Got Talent judge for attending Liam’s funeral.
One infuriated user @ellbu_ penned: “Simon Cowell shouldn’t be at Liam Payne’s funeral js,” as @Catie_Lm asked: “Why is he there.”
A third person @SaemHere fumed: “the audacity,” as @LUNARP0W3R blasted: “he shouldn’t be there that f—— disgusting rat.”
All four members, including Harry Style, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik, have arrived to mourn the tragic passing of their dear friend.
Liam’s grief-stricken parents, Geoff and Karen, were also pictured at the somber occasion as they prepared to send off their “special” son.
