When a caller asked about parenting and handling a child who’s graduating, the discussion took an interesting turn as Savannah James discussed how she handled her kids, particularly Bronny James and Bryce James.
The mother of three revealed that she’s more “graceful” when it comes to her kids, adding that her emphasis has been more on finishing school and graduating.
“Obviously I want the grades to be good, but I get it. We done. I’m done,” Savannah James shared.
“I’mma be honest. My kids have always been—had good grades, but like, you know, they are athletes. They like to play. School is like cause they got to go, so they did what they needed to do.”

Savannah James also talked about her sons’ studies, calling them “very smart” despite not being straight-A students.
“I never had like straight A students or like honor roll students,” the Reframe Beauty founder further stated. “We just didn’t. But still, very smart, well-rounded young men. And I get it. I’m tired, too. So, let’s get across the stage, please.”
