Amber Williams, Rich Homie Quan’s girlfriend, has disclosed harrowing details surrounding the rapper’s untimely death.

A 911 call obtained by TMZ revealed chilling details about the events leading to Type of Way rapper’s death on Thursday, September 5, at the age of 34.

In the emergency call, Williams described finding Quan unresponsive on Thursday morning after he had fallen asleep on the couch the previous night.

“I left him on the couch before I took my son to school this morning and I put a blanket over him and now I just checked on him again cause he never got up. I don’t see him breathing,” she told the dispatcher, explaining the situation.

“When I turned him over, he kind of foamed at the mouth,” Williams tearfully told the operator as she followed their instructions to lay him flat on the floor.

However, the paramedics, who arrived shortly after, pronounced Quan, born as Dequantes Devontay Lamar, dead at the scene.

The news outlet further reported that Quan’s family is “shattered and heartbroken by his sudden death” and is currently seeking for answers regarding the cause of death, which has not been confirmed, as of yet.
