Prince Harry could face the possibility of having to leave America: He should return to England!

The Duke of Sussex is currently facing rows over his visa, with one royal expert thinking the prince could face the possibility of having to leave America.

Prince Harry could be forced to return to his home country after an ongoing row over the duke’s visa, which could be made worse if Donald Trump gets elected.

The Heritage Foundation, a think tank group based in Washington, have questioned the duke’s visa in court after Harry admitted in his memoir Spare that he had in the past taken drugs, including cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms.

This angered the group, who believe Harry’s visa to live in the country was treated differently to that of ordinary citizens who can sometimes be banned from entering the States if they have previously taken drugs.

One royal expert also fears that the duke’s life in California is in further jeopardy if Trump gets elected, as the pair are known to dislike each other.

While there are some questions as to what Harry would do if he were to lose his visa for the US, royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun that a return to the UK would be unlikely for Harry’s wife Meghan Markle, 43.

According to Dampier, there are three factors likely to be stopping the duchess from returning to her husband’s home country, with one being their two children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.

The duchess is also unlikely to return as a result of her unpopularity among Brits and the fact they no longer have access to their Windsor home Frogmore Cottage.

Meghan has not stepped foot on UK soil since the funeral of Queen Elizabeth in 2022, with Harry having returned multiple times since alone.

Phil Dampier told The Sun: “I don’t think Meghan, if she had her way, would set foot again in this country.

“She knows she’s fairly unpopular. I think she sort of burnt too many bridges.

“What makes it difficult, of course, is the children. It means that Archie and Lilibet are growing up in America, not seeing the king and not seeing their cousins.

“They’ve lost Frogmore Cottage, of course, which was their home at Windsor, and on his fleeting visits that he’s been over recently Harry’s been staying in hotels as opposed to royal residences, so it’s difficult to know where he’d go.”

The couple moved to California together, Meghan’s home country, in 2020 after quitting life as senior royals in 2020. They are currently living in a Montecito mansion with nine bedrooms, estimated to be worth around £11 million.
