Meghan Markle’s masterplan: She and Prince Harry plot ‘smart move’
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have recently begun another approach when it comes to their professional lives.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s decision to focus on their own work on the public stage has been branded a “smart move” by one royal commentator.
Since leaving the Royal Family in 2020, the couple’s reputation has taken a hit after they made a number of controversial decisions after moving to America, which included exposing personal family moments in TV interviews and in their 2022 Netflix docuseries.
Harry, 40, then faced a further blow to his public image after the release of his memoir Spare last year, which also left his relationship with brother Prince William, 42, in tatters.
While Harry and Meghan have since spent most of the year behind the gates of their Montecito mansion, the last few months have seen them take a different approach as they have stepped out solo to focus on their separate work projects.
Gareth Russell exclusively told GB News that this was a good plan developed by the couple, who are now frequently spotted attending events solo.
Speaking exclusively to GB News, Gareth said: “Anything that doesn’t involve interviews like they did in the past is a good move in terms of more separate events.
“Anything that keeps them away from controversy, or keeps them away from seeming like a repeat of what they were doing for the last couple of years, is a smart move.”
While the couple are focusing on their own work projects, it is believed that they are still set to carry out joint visits and engagements when it comes to the work they are invested in together.
This includes their charitable work under their Archewell Foundation.

The praise towards the couple comes as they spent another Christmas in California with their two children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
The festive season marks Harry’s sixth Christmas away from his royal relatives, with the prince believed to have not received an invite this year to Sandringham.
The prince last visited the UK in late September for the WellChild Awards 2024, however did not reunite with any of the Royal Family on his brief visit, even his father King Charles who he is now reportedly on better terms with.
Harry, 40, still also remains estranged from his brother Prince William, with the pair believed to have not spoken properly in over a year.
