Meghan Markle ‘not wanted in UK’ as royal fans deliver hammer blow to Prince Harry

A poll by Express.co.uk shows that Meghan Markle is “not wanted in the UK” as royal fans delivered a hammer blow to Prince Harry.
The Duke of Sussex is set to travel to the UK next week to attend the annual WellChild Awards in London on September 30 – but Meghan is not set to join her husband on the trip.
The poll, conducted between September 22 and September 24, asked fans to vote whether Meghan should Harry on his next visit to the UK.
Out of the 6,752 people who participated in the poll, 6,374 voted that they don’t believe Meghan should return to the UK next week. This result comes as only 340 people voted that the 43-year-old should join Harry in the UK – with just 38 stating that they ‘don’t know’.
In the comment section, many fans shared their reasons for not wanting Meghan to visit alongside Harry.

One fan commented: “Likewise voted no, it’s Diana’s boy’s role in this charity, if she came she would upstage the event…”
Another fan wrote: “No she should go and see her father [Thomas Markle Snr]…”
A third wrote: “NO! If she had any self-respect, she would not set foot on British soil like she said.”
Stating that she should join if it were for a “private” visit, another commented: “Not from a public point of view. She is no longer of any official interest to the UK. For a private visit. That’s for her and the Royal Family to decide. Not our concern.”
With Harry visiting the UK on his own, Meghan is set to stay in California with their two children. The 43-year-old has also stayed in California whilst Harry is currently on a solo visit to New York City. Meghan last visited the UK in September 2022.
