Pop star Justin Bieber has had fans concerned in recent weeks with his disheveled public appearances as he sparked further worry when he stepped out in LA to support wife Hailey

Fans have become concerned about Justin Bieber yet again as he made another shocking public appearance.

The pop star has left his fans increasingly worried for his health and wellbeing in recent weeks, which has only grown with his downcast looks of late. Earlier this month, he was spotted looking worlds away from his signature looks during the height of his fame. Justin appeared dishevelled and fatigued as he walked the streets of New York City as fans flocked to social media to share their worry

Last week, Justin stepped out in bright basketball shorts, no shirt, and an unzipped yellow hoodie with another oversized jacket on top after being seen in just a bathrobe over the weekend. On Tuesday, Justin headed out in Los Angeles to support the opening of wife Hailey Bieber’s skincare pop up shop.

The chart-topping Baby star hid behind behind a pair of dark sunglasses as he met a fan. He chatted with the fan and was seen shifting his weight between each foot and itching his legs. Justin wore baggy jeans with an oversized leather jacket and a white beanie. Fans shared concern after seeing the clip as one said: “This is so hard to watch. Someone help him.”

Another added: “That doesn’t even look like Justin Bieber!” Someone else commented: “This is painful to watch.” After he stepped out in a bathrobe over the weekend, fans rushed to social media to share their worries for the star. “This young man looks decidedly unwell. I hope he gets the help he appears to desperately need,” one fan said. While another echoed: “He looks 40 years old. This young man needs help. Serious help. Something is eating at him. It’s not a sign of weakness to ask for help. He has a son to raise.”

After his appearance, his wife Hailey was seen with supermodel Kendall Jenner, 29, as the two giggled while walking to lunch in a lavish New York City restaurant. It comes as fans have been speculating about the couple’s relationship status as rumours swirled over ‘things not going well’.

Justin, who welcomed son Jack last summer with Hailey, added more fuel to the fire when he suddenly unfollowed his wife on Instagram in January. Before that, he unfollowed his father-in-law Stephen Baldwin and shared controversial photo of a bong. The singer soon shut down the rumours of marriage troubles when he insisted he and his wife are still together. Along with photos of Hailey, he said: “Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife. S**t is getting suss out here.”

Fans have also been concerned for Justin following Sean Diddy Combs’ arrest last year. Despite their close friendship, Justin’s early career was tumultuous, with rumours that he was “thrown to the wolves” as he partied with Combs during his teen years. The pair’s friendship raised concerns among fans after Combs was arrested in September 2024 on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution.

Justin and Hailey have stayed quiet as a source told US Weekly the singer was “advised to stay as far away as possible from anything and everything related to Diddy”. They added Justin wants “nothing to do” with Diddy, and claimed he is “in a hard place mentally”, adding that he was “completely disgusted” by the claims.
