Clark, who was alerted to the post after the Fever’s 93–58 victory over Angel Reese’s Chicago Sky, responded, “The greatest of all time. Thank you 🐐❤️🙏🏻.” Clark admitted to rarely getting starstruck, but called her first time meeting James “incredible.” LeBron also shared photos of the basketball powerhouses’ first meeting as well.
Now, Clark is opening up about what LeBron’s public endorsement meant to her, confessing, “I thought it was kind of fake at first…”
Clark—who recently condemned alleged racist comments directed at Sky star Angel Reese during Saturday’s game—was quick to add that LeBron is a genuine supporter of the WNBA, stating, “He loves and appreciates the Fever and the way my teammates play.”
