The shock exit has left fans stunned and searching for answers, especially after Jack had been widely tipped as one of the strongest contenders for the crown. As the jungle doors closed behind him, many viewers were left asking the same question: Was this really just about the public vote?

With their departures confirmed during Friday night’s episode, the remaining four campmates — Aitch, AngryGinge, Shona McGarty and Tom Read Wilson — now stand between the legendary Celebrity Cyclone trial and the title of King or Queen of the Jungle.

Jack Opens Up On Grief, Healing And Being “Unplugged”

Speaking after his emotional exit, Jack reflected on the difficult months following the death of his father, Ozzy Osbourne, revealing that stepping away from the outside world inside the jungle had helped him process his emotions.

He told Ant and Dec:
“The support from my campmates meant everything. It was nice to unplug — although I’m probably more plugged in than ever now, 24/7.”

Jack went on:
“To have that space, no distraction from the outside world, just nature — it was hard in camp but it was basic living, and that was good for me.”

He also admitted that despite being relieved to leave, the jungle experience had changed him:
“It feels good to be out. I’m tired of camp life but it was amazing. I don’t have loads of friends in England, so to leave with new ones means a lot.”

Fire, Food Fears And Crocodile Tail

Jack also laughed about the tense early days in camp when nobody volunteered to cook.

“Day one nobody raised their hand and I genuinely worried we were all going to die from some rare jungle-borne meat disease,” he joked.

He later revealed that he surprisingly enjoyed crocodile tail and praised Shona for keeping everyone fed:
“Shona was incredible in the kitchen. She could’ve done it from day one.”

As he crossed the famous jungle bridge for the final time, Jack was reunited with his wife Aree and their two-year-old daughter Maple in an emotional homecoming.

Lisa Riley: ‘If I Was The Jungle Mum, Bring It On’

After her departure, Lisa shared how deeply she had embraced her role as the camp’s emotional heart.

She said:
“I’ve not been lucky enough to be a mother in life, so if I was the jungle mum — bring it on.”

Lisa added:
“We’ve all been through things. If I could be mumma bear in there, I was happy. Aitch and Ginge became my naughty little brothers — and they let me be the real me.”

Double Exit Follows Martin Kemp’s Elimination

Jack and Lisa’s exit came just 24 hours after Martin Kemp became the sixth celebrity to be voted out on Thursday night. After he crossed the bridge to reunite with his wife Shirlie, Ant and Dec stunned viewers by revealing that two more stars would be leaving during Friday’s episode.

AngryGinge’s Nightmare Cake Trial Steals The Episode

Elsewhere in the episode, AngryGinge completed the horrifying “Worst Day Cake” Bushtucker Trial, winning all six stars for camp during the show’s 25th anniversary celebration.

Forced to crawl through a giant cake as rats, lizards, intestines and other horrors fell onto him, AngryGinge screamed:
“There is intestines! It hums! They’re all over me — on my head and in my ears!”

Trying to distract himself, he began singing mid-trial — sending both Ant and Dec and viewers into hysterics.

Fans reacted instantly online, calling the trial “chaos”, “comedy gold”, and declaring AngryGinge “perfect casting for I’m A Celeb”.

The Brutal Reality Of Jungle Weight Loss

After leaving the jungle, Jack revealed the physical toll of the experience during an appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked.

Asked what he would sneak into camp, Jack admitted:
“A really comfy camping chair. The logs are torture. We’re all losing weight, we’ve got no a** left — just bruised, chafed a**** from sitting all day.”*

He also revealed the impact of starvation on his body:
“Even my stomach muscles hurt from not eating enough.”

With Jack and Lisa gone, the jungle world now turns its focus to the final four — and as the Cyclone looms, one thing is certain: after this shock exit, nothing feels predictable anymore.
