Former Lioness Alex Scott, 41, became the first contestant voted off I’m A Celebrity on Friday night — a result that shocked viewers and immediately sparked debate, especially after Alex hinted at the intense pressure and complex dynamics inside the camp.

Speaking to hosts Ant and Dec, Alex admitted:

“I’m free! It feels strange… it doesn’t feel real yet. But no, I’m not disappointed. It has been an incredible experience.”

She acknowledged the emotional strain of her time on the show:

“Mentally, it’s been tough — but I’m glad I did it with such amazing campmates. We laughed so much… the connections were real.”

Ant and Dec then rolled the now-viral footage of Alex smuggling salt into camp to fix the bland rice.
Laughing, she confessed:

“I don’t know how many I smuggled! I stuffed them in my sock.”

When asked what the toughest part of camp life was, Alex pointed jokingly — but tellingly — toward one beloved celebrity:

“The toilet seat situation! The smell is awful… and someone keeps leaving the seat up. But we can’t say anything — he’s a national treasure.”

“My woman is a true trailblazer! So proud of everything you are. I miss you so much ”

Inside camp, Alex had previously told Ruby Wax and Shona McGarty that she is ready for the next chapter with Jess:

“I’ll marry her — I’m just waiting for her to ask!”
