90 Day Fiancé star Rob Warne is revealing how he looks after his dramatic weight-loss transformation now that he is back to being single. Rob and Sophie started their K-1 visa journey on 90 Day Fiancé season 10 when she came to the U.S. from England. Sophie and Rob had met on Instagram, and she’d even lived with him in Los Angeles for a while. The problems in this relationship started with Rob “online cheating” on Sophie with several women on Instagram and lying to her about it. When Sophie had enough, she walked out of the marriage.

In a new update from the aspiring actor, Rob has lost oodles of weight and is showing off his lean frame. Rob filmed himself in front of a mirror wearing swimming trunks and tugging at the waistband to show his narrow waist. Rob revealed that he had been on a diet to “cut weight” and was now going to get back to bulking. He revealed that he was looking better at 35 than he did when he was 33 years old. “But the best is yet to come,” Rob added.

Rob recently revealed his shocking hair makeover. Rob had shoulder-length hair he kept tied in a man-bun or ponytail on the show. Rob shaved the faded undercut off and is now rocking a fade that complements his thinner frame in his latest pictures. However, Rob was not talking about his weight loss until now. Rob’s weight loss update seems to have been inspired by his ex-Sophie, who’s been sharing weight loss tips and more with her followers. Sophie has lost more than 17 pounds since she filmed the show. She’s been spending more time in the gym than ever.

Sophie had found out that Rob was into bodybuilders and compared herself to the women her husband liked. Sophie may have started aggressively working out to get back at Rob, but it’s now become a part of her healthy lifestyle. Meanwhile, Rob may have been inspired by Sophie to start a fitness transformation of his own. However, Rob’s weight loss could also be his attempt at getting a revenge makeover. There have been rumors of Sophie dating Bachelor Nation’s Chad Johnson since August 2024. Rob is still single at the moment.

Rob is rumored to be filming a show based on the “90 Day House” concept in Mexico now. It’s supposed to bring together several cast members and some regular people they could date while also interacting with therapists to get over their past relationships. It remains to be seen if Rob will find love again and if he manages to do away with his cheating habit. More importantly, Rob needs to move on from Sophie since he is now competing with her to show he’s doing much better than she is after their split.
