Kelly Clarkson enlisted her 10-year-old daughter River and eight-year-old son Remington to appear on Wednesday’s episode of her syndicated daytime talk show where they joined her on the couch.

The 42-year-old original American Idol had previously surprised her audience on the November 27th episode by allowing little Remy to perform his very own ‘Kellyoke’ cover of Frank Sinatra’s 1969 hit My Way.

The video of the precocious tyke’s performance quickly amassed 1.5M views on The Kelly Clarkson Show’s YouTube account.

‘How did you feel about the clip going viral there?’ Kelly asked.

Clearly proud of himself, Remy replied: ‘Yeah, how much views did I get again?’

Clarkson (whose legal name is Kelly Brianne) and the studio audience laughed and she decided to explain exactly how the exchange went down with the third grader.

‘I said, “Man, buddy, you’ve got like over a million views!”‘ the eight-time Daytime Emmy winner recalled.

‘And he goes, “Do you get that many views?”‘

Kelly then scoffed: ‘I was like, “Calm down. And not often.”‘

Clarkson appears to have softened on the subject of viral fame from a year earlier when she told People she’d never let her children have Instagram accounts until they’re 18.

The Texan pop powerhouse was granted primary physical custody of both her children with ex-manager Brandon Blackstock, whom she pays $45,600/month in child support despite him only having them ‘four days a month.’

Kelly and the 48-year-old Valley View Rodeo founder finalized their contentious divorce in 2022 after seven years of marriage, and he was ordered to pay her back $2.6M in overcharged fees by the California labor commissioner in 2023.

On December 18, Clarkson threw shade at Brandon by including a ‘NOPE’ stocking in place of ‘DAD’ on the official visualizer for her 2021 holiday album When Christmas Comes Around… Again.

The three-time Grammy winner appears to have no relationship with her adult stepchildren – Savannah Blackstock Lee, 22; and Seth Blackstock, 18 – from Blackstock’s first marriage to Melissa Ashworth.

Kelly is ‘enjoying being single’ but her children have a tough time with her moving on.

‘They constantly bring it up, “Please, we don’t want you with anybody else!”‘ Clarkson told KOST 103.5 on November 15.

‘They’re young, it’s hard to picture their mom with someone else other than their dad. I have expressed like, “Hey, I love you guys, but Mommy needs loving too.”‘

On December 16, NBCUniversal officially renewed The Kelly Clarkson Show for a seventh season.

The If I Were You singer will compete for the best talk show trophy at the 30th Critics’ Choice Awards, which were postponed from this Sunday to January 26 due to devastation from LA’s wildfires.
