Sarah Ferguson called ādisgrace living in fantasyā by King Charles
Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew ready to part ways

Sarah Fergusonās royal real estate ambitions may have hit a royal roadblock.
Reports suggest the Duchess of York is seeking to swap Royal Lodge for the much smaller Adelaide Cottage but royal experts are quick to call foul.
Fergie has lived at the Royal Lodge since 2008 with her ex husband, Prince Andrew, but ongoing scrutiny over the coupleās links to the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein has cast a long shadow over their tenure.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams didnāt mince words, telling theĀ Mail,Ā āIf they think that having two homes which the King Iām sure wonāt agree to and is likely to solve things, theyāre still living in a rather weird fantasy world.
Iām surprised that Sarah Ferguson has managed these comebacks. Thereās no comeback now, sheās in disgrace.ā
Fergusonās hopes for a Crown Estate consolation prize may be more fantasy than reality, according to royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams.
He slammed the idea of Fergie snagging a separate property, saying thereās āno reason at all that she should have her own Crown Estate homeā and warning that any attempt would spark public outrage.
āAndrew had to give up the Lodge and why would we suddenly give them two homes?ā he quipped.
āShe hasnāt been a working royal since 1996. The idea that she should get anything from the Crown Estate is completely out of touch with reality, just as Andrew has been.ā
The commentator added that the pressure on the couple must be immense, noting, āThey hardly know what they are doing or thinking. Itās extraordinary. Any taxpayer involvement would be extremely controversial.ā
King Charles has been keen for his brother and Fergie to leave the house for some time, and their exit now seems imminent.
Fitzwilliams also pointed out the delicate neighbourhood dynamics, āThis was the couple who boasted they were the āhappiest divorced couple in the worldā.
Now, it seems even they want to separate and the Waleses certainly wonāt want them as neighbours. If thereās one thing William and Kate wonāt tolerate, itās Andrew and Fergie next door.ā
A friend toldĀ The Sun,Ā āItās incredible that they are willing to go their own separate ways.
But it indicates theyāve been under immense pressure this year and need a break from one another. Itās a fresh start for both.ā
