Tigerlily from Frisco, Texas, fell for Adnan from Amman, Jordan after she followed him randomly on Instagram. Tigerlily didn’t mind the age gap with her being 41 years old and Adnan being 22. Tigerlily wanted to meet professional model Adnan, but he convinced her they had to get married first before they could go on a date or get intimate.

I couldn’t help but notice how the couple were extremely awkward around each other and Adnan also showed controlling tendencies by deciding how Tigerlily would dress or who would do her hair. Still, Tigerlily and Adnan had a lovely wedding in September 2023 and a year later, they are still together. Tigerlily wanted to give a loving family to her sons, and it remains to be seen if Adnan has comfortably stepped into the shoes of a stepfather at a very young age.

My heart broke when Tigerlily spoke about her first marriage to a controlling man. Tigerlily had no choice but to marry her first ex-husband when she realized she was pregnant with his baby. Tigerlily was 31 at the time. Her ex-husband tried to keep her happy by giving her the best shoes, the most expensive clothes, and the trendiest bags. However, Tigerlily felt like she was living in a golden birdcage. She was under constant surveillance. She didn’t have the freedom to even go out and socialize and make friends. Tigerlily’s hairstylist, injector, and life coach became her friends.

After having her first son in November 2013, Tigerlily welcomed another son husband in February 2017.

According to Starcasm, Tigerlily’s sons are named Finn and Roux. Tigerlily said her divorce took four years and that it was a horrible process. I felt glad when she said that, in the end, she got her independence and she and her children were “well taken care of.” Tigerlily’s sons were staying with their father when she left for Jordan to marry Adnan. It was the first time that she’d ever left them.

“But I know that it’s worth it because this is their chance at having a family and being happy, too,” she added.

I follow Tigerlily on Instagram, and she spoke about her kids on social media for the first time while sharing “fun fact,” about them. Tigerlily said that she was a “homeschooling mom.” She shared a picture of her son practicing cursive letters but covered his face with a blue heart emoji. She explained that she doesn’t post about her children on social media or show them on TV because of “privacy reasons.” Tigerlily mentioned that due to her decision, most of her followers don’t get to see her “mom side” unless they see her in real life.

I came across a different Story by Tigerlily where she explained why she had over 700k followers, but just 17 posts. She explained her page started getting followers only two years ago. Before that, her page showed her mom life and travels. Her kids and Tigerlily used to do “road schooling” in their custom camper van and traveled all over the U.S. However, once she started getting followers, Tigerlily archived her posts with her children because she didn’t want them to be shown for privacy reasons. She put a pause on her mom life, homeschooling, road schooling, and travel content.

While parents choose to share heart-melting pictures of their kids innocently, it does pose a big risk to their privacy. A public-facing reality TV cast member might have to face long-term consequences when they share photos and stories of their kids. I recently watched a video by Loren Brovarnik where she told her followers that whether they liked her or not, her kids were off-limits. Loren had received distasteful comments about her three children on social media. I appreciate that Tigerlily realized early on that she shouldn’t let her actions on the show affect her kids.
