Nores, who reportedly served as the business manager of Payne as well, has accused the Buenos Aires hotel where the musician was staying of contributing to his friend’s untimely demise. Roger Nores reportedly blames Buenos Aires hotel for Liam Payne’s death

Nores has alleged that the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, situated in Buenos Aires, is majorly liable for Liam Payne’s death. As per a review by TMZ, Nores’ legal team has filed new documents in the singer’s case that claim the hotel was unable to facilitate a 24-hour doctor, which is a mandatory obligation for such establishments.

The fresh remarks also mentioned how the hotel’s operations manager failed to provide the correct safety measures for Payne despite knowing about his intoxicated state. “A world-famous person was staying with obvious signs of being going through a crisis caused by drug intake at that very moment, and they did not even make an effort there to makeup for their legal omission of having a 24-hour doctor,” the submitted document read, as per reports. Notably, the 35-year-old millionaire businessman is himself under investigation regarding Liam Payne’s death for allegedly leaving the latter alone despite being aware of his perilous condition. Nores has denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the hotel manager left Payne alone, not him.

In an official statement, the Argentine stated, “I went to his hotel 3 times that day and left 40 minutes before this happened. There were over 15 people in the hotel lobby chatting and joking with him when I left. I could have never imagined something like this would happen.”

Prior to his unexpected death, Liam Payne was vacationing in Buenos Aires with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy. After Cassidy’s departure to the U.S., Payne was left in the company of Roger Nores, making him one of the last ones to have seen the singer alive.
