Made In Chelsea stars Ollie Locke and his husband Gareth Locke were dramatically evicted from their £4million London rental property on Wednesday, after a removal van was seen packing up their belongings — amid claims a £25,000 rent bill remains unpaid.

The reality TV couple were forced to vacate the four-bedroom Chelsea townhouse after allegedly falling behind on rent payments, with outstanding arrears said to cover three months’ rent plus additional fines. The sum has reportedly not been settled.

Despite the upheaval, Ollie was seen documenting the move on his phone, while Gareth appeared visibly strained as removal men loaded boxes into a waiting van.

The couple, who share two-year-old twins, enlisted celebrity-favourite removal firm Davis And Mac — the same company that recently helped Emily Atack relocate to her new country home. It remains unclear whether Ollie and Gareth have paid for the service.

Sources claim the eviction followed repeated warnings after the pair failed to clear outstanding payments by a final deadline in early January. They were ultimately required to leave after allegedly breaching the terms of their rental agreement.

Insiders have suggested the couple could now be at risk of bankruptcy.

Tenant Left “In the Lurch”

Complicating matters further, it has been claimed that a tenant living in the property had been paying her rent directly to Ollie and Gareth — believing the money was being passed on to the landlord.

However, she later discovered that the payments had allegedly not been forwarded, with sources claiming the funds may have been used to help finance the couple’s luxury lifestyle.

Despite keeping up with her own payments, the tenant could now face serious financial consequences.

Ollie and Gareth have rented the Chelsea property since 2023, living just moments from the King’s Road and regularly frequenting Notting Hill’s Portobello Road. The townhouse has also featured prominently in their YouTube series Our Daddy Diaries.

According to sources, the couple have continued to maintain a glamorous public image — enjoying overseas holidays, stays in idyllic country homes, and dining at some of London’s most exclusive restaurants.

One insider told the Daily Mail:

“They’ve struggled to meet their monthly rent for almost a year. Despite living in one of London’s most affluent areas, they’ve continued travelling, dining out, and posting a luxury lifestyle online.”

It has also been claimed the pair travelled to Barbados on a complimentary Caribbean cruise with TOWIE star Lydia Bright on the very day they were informed their eviction — scheduled for early March — was imminent.

Final Warnings Ignored

Sources allege Ollie and Gareth missed multiple rent payments and were repeatedly warned about breaching their contract, with a final deadline of January 30 to settle the balance.

“After missing the payments and accruing additional fees, they were left facing eviction with two young children,” one source claimed.

During the move, Gareth appeared tense, while Ollie attempted to remain upbeat as he chatted with the removal team and took selfies beside the van.

“A Sad Falling Out,” Says Friend

A source close to the couple later played down the situation, telling the Daily Mail:

“This is a simple case of friends falling out and a difference of opinion that’s become very sad. It’s being resolved.”

They added that the situation has been “deeply upsetting” for Ollie and Gareth, who had grown close to their tenant — reportedly even naming her godmother to their children.

The source insisted the couple are now doing their best to repay what they owe and restart their lives in a new home.

Life in the Spotlight

The £4million Chelsea townhouse boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms — including two en-suites — a private cinema room, and a leafy garden.

In recent months, Ollie and Gareth have continued to appear at high-profile events, including the BAFTA TV Awards and the Pride of Britain Awards, often coordinating their outfits for the red carpet.

They welcomed their twins via surrogate in July 2023 and announced the births with an exclusive photoshoot for Hello! magazine before documenting early parenthood online.

However, no new episodes of Our Daddy Diaries or their podcast NewlyDads have been released since early 2024.

The couple married in November 2020 at London’s Natural History Museum — becoming the first same-sex couple to wed at the iconic venue. Their ceremony was filmed for Made In Chelsea.

The Daily Mail has contacted Ollie Locke’s representatives for comment.
