Rob Rinder has finally spoken out after months of speculation about his supposed romance with Rylan Clark, putting a playful but firm stop to the rumours.
Appearing onĀ This MorningĀ on Thursday (August 28) to promote his new Channel 4 seriesĀ The Inheritance, Rob found himself cornered when the conversation turned to his friendship with Rylan ā and whether it was more than that.

When asked who heād leave his estate to, Rob teased: āNot to you ā although given that online weāre already married with twins, you might be entitled by law.ā He laughed before clarifying: āWe arenāt married. They keep making these AI pictures.ā
Rylan, sitting alongside Josie Gibson, rolled his eyes as the crowd chuckled. Josie admitted that fans often stop her in the street to ask if the pair are secretly together, while Rylan added: āThe amount of congratulations Iāve had!ā

Rob then mischievously raised his hand, showing off a ring on his wedding finger. āIād just like to say that it is a little bit true ā but the wedding night was very, very disappointing. The wedding was nice but he over-promised and under-delivered.ā
Looking straight at the camera, Rylan shot back: āNow you can all see what I have to put up with.ā Josie chimed in: āYou might not be romantically involved, but youĀ areĀ involved ā and it just works.ā
The pair, who will soon front their new seriesĀ Rob and Rylanās Grand TourĀ in India, admitted their relationship does feel a lot like a marriage. āYeah, we row all the time and we donāt sleep in the same bed,ā Rylan quipped. Rob added: āThatās a proper marriage.ā

Although the pair have never confirmed any romance, Rylan has previously confessed to having an āintense connectionā with Rob. āWeād marry each other tomorrow,ā he once said ā though Rob was quick to clarify it would be a platonic union.
Rylan explained: āI donāt get connections like this often. I could call Rob at three in the morning and heād be laughing with me in seconds. But if I needed help, heād be there straight away ā and it works both ways.ā
