Rob Rinder Flashes Massive Wedding Ring Live on This Morning, Gushes About “Marriage” to Rylan Clark — Then Drops Hilarious Bombshell That Leaves Studio in Stitches

Rob Rinder has finally spoken out after months of speculation about his supposed romance with Rylan Clark, putting a playful but firm stop to the rumours.

Appearing on This Morning on Thursday (August 28) to promote his new Channel 4 series The Inheritance, Rob found himself cornered when the conversation turned to his friendship with Rylan — and whether it was more than that.

When asked who he’d leave his estate to, Rob teased: “Not to you – although given that online we’re already married with twins, you might be entitled by law.” He laughed before clarifying: “We aren’t married. They keep making these AI pictures.”

Rylan, sitting alongside Josie Gibson, rolled his eyes as the crowd chuckled. Josie admitted that fans often stop her in the street to ask if the pair are secretly together, while Rylan added: “The amount of congratulations I’ve had!”

Rob then mischievously raised his hand, showing off a ring on his wedding finger. “I’d just like to say that it is a little bit true — but the wedding night was very, very disappointing. The wedding was nice but he over-promised and under-delivered.”

Looking straight at the camera, Rylan shot back: “Now you can all see what I have to put up with.” Josie chimed in: “You might not be romantically involved, but you are involved — and it just works.”

The pair, who will soon front their new series Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour in India, admitted their relationship does feel a lot like a marriage. “Yeah, we row all the time and we don’t sleep in the same bed,” Rylan quipped. Rob added: “That’s a proper marriage.”

Although the pair have never confirmed any romance, Rylan has previously confessed to having an “intense connection” with Rob. “We’d marry each other tomorrow,” he once said — though Rob was quick to clarify it would be a platonic union.

Rylan explained: “I don’t get connections like this often. I could call Rob at three in the morning and he’d be laughing with me in seconds. But if I needed help, he’d be there straight away — and it works both ways.”
